Beginner Sourdough Class

I’m so excited to be able to teach what I have learned to our local community! Sourdough can be so intimidating at first! My goal is to give you as much information about the process as I can in class so it can become more part of your life too.
During the class, you will get to see the process from start to finish and get to sample the bread baked in class. You’ll get to go home with active starter and a detailed recipe with instructions on how to make your own bread at home. There will be sourdough loaves available for purchase along with Sourdough Kits with supplies you need to get started at home.
