Open City Council position

Open position for City Council: If you are interested in serving your community, please contact City Hall. We would also encourage you to attend council meetings scheduled on the 1^st Monday of the month, at 7:00 pm, held at city hall. The appointed candidate will fill the unexpired term position until the election on June 11, 2024, and then has the option of running for the remainder of the term. The position is paid $100.00 for each month you attend one or more meetings. The position is paid yearly in July for service from July to June. Some things to keep in mind when considering the position are impartiality, spending & budgeting, and creating a better community.
