Permits & Forms

All completed forms can be returned to city hall in person, by email, fax, or by mail.

All permits will be reviewed at the next regularly scheduled city council meeting.

Building Permit

A building permit is required for any new construction, additions to existing structures, fences, any out buildings placed on permanent foundations, and any demolitions. Building permits are available at city hall, and will be approved or denied by Cooperstown City Council.

Application for Local or Restricted Event Permit

Local or Restricted Event permits are good from July 1 through June 30 of each year. To apply for a local or restricted event permit, complete form SFN 9338, which can be found on the ND Attorney General site at the link below.
